Refund Policy & Warranty
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our product, you may be eligible for a refund. This refund policy is only applicable to purchases made through the website, we do not guarantee returns in purchases made outside of it.
Warranty
All of our pre-owned products come with an 18-month warranty. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship, provided they are not caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, or intentional damage. If you change or customise your product you may not be eligible for the warranty (Ex.: If you add extra weight to a racket you automatically lose your warranty). For our new products, we offer a 3-year warranty under the same conditions. To activate your warranty, please ensure that any defects meet these criteria.
Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a refund, you must request the refund within 14 days of receiving your product. You must provide proof of purchase and a detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund. Refunds will not be granted for purchases made after the refund period has expired.
Refunds for Physical Products
If you have purchased a physical product from us, the product must be returned in its original condition, with all packaging and accessories included. We do not guarantee refunds for any customised product such as a requested increased grip with a heat sleeve, a modified string or a original grip change. We will send you a shipping label so you can ship back to us or you can drop off in one of our return points.
Refunds for Digital Products
If you have purchased a digital product from us, such as an ebook, we may ask you to confirm that you have uninstalled or deleted the product from your devices before processing your refund.
Refund Process
Once we have received your refund request and confirmed your eligibility for a refund, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
